pineapple and ginger jam

although I love this jam with a good soft cheese, I love it even more as a marinade on grilled veggies or chicken. My 11 year old dips his steak in it when he needs a more tropical feel to his day and my 6 year old throws it in her yogurt with some pistachios on top. such goodness. available in half pint jars.
