thai chili and strawberry jam

Like the cocktail syrup, this jam, is not for the faint hearted. It is like a firecracker everyday of the year...although in all honesty, my 11 year old LOVES this jam, especially when slathered over soft goat cheese and a cracker...also deliciously yummy as a marinade or sauce on beef...available in half pint jars.
